Ice Rescue

Ice Rescue

In February I received a call from the Wyckoff Fire Department.

They were performing ice rescue training on the pond near my house, and they asked if I would film it for them.

Well, I didn’t have to be asked twice. It also happened to be the day my new Panasonic GH5 arrived, and so I took the opportunity to do some aerial and ground shots. I had a few issues with the autofocus, as I had not had time to play with it, but we still managed to grab some fun footage.

The video was ready for the Fire Department dinner in March and also made it into the local news! I hope you like it.
